RevOps Strategist

Carlsbad, CA (or Remote US)

We are looking for an experienced digital strategist for the role of “RevOps Strategist”. As a RevOps (AKA Revenue Operations) Strategist, you will work closely with our clients to help them implement The Digital Utopia Methodology, a client acquisition and delight framework that simplifies strategy, focuses efforts, and creates a scalable system to confidently drive predictable growth.

Specifically, the RevOps Strategist guides their clients through 60 days of “foundation building,” then works in repeating 90-day cycles to:

Analyze data and uncover bottlenecks in our clients businesses
Define initiatives that will address the bottlenecks and improve overall performance
Guide stakeholders to success through regular meeting and accountability rhythms
Ultimately, the RevOps Strategist builds strong relationships with their clients and becomes a valuable advisor to their businesses.

More About You:

You have 7+ years working directly with clients to help them define and drive their overarching digital strategy
You are a master at analyzing data (Google Analytics or similar) and gleaning meaningful insights from it.
You’re detail-oriented.
You have have a track record of successfully leading multiple clients at once.
You’re great at building strong client relationships.
You have a deep understanding of digital strategy, not just tactics.
You’re an excellent communicator.
You’re highly optimistic and driven.

Responsibilities

Own the client communication with daily, weekly, and monthly video calls
Define, direct, and oversee the various specialists and tacticians on both the Digitopia side and the client side
Establish closed-loop analytics with clients’ sales and service teams to understand the effectiveness of their program
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes related to digital—content, social, advertising, enablement technologies, etc.
Achieve client retention and profitability targets

Required Skills and Attributes

7+ years working directly with clients to help them define and drive their overarching digital strategy
Excellent business and digital acumen
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
Excellent data analysis and reporting
Exceptional organization and time management
The ability to instill confidence with clients
The ability to think creatively and strategically while using data to inform decision making
A good understanding of “digital”—content, social, advertising, enablement technologies, etc.
Extensive experience using platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, SalesForce etc.

Bonus Skills and Attributes

Excellent understanding of the HubSpot platform
HubSpot Certifications and first hand experience using Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
Digital marketing certifications (Analytics, Google Ads, DigitalMarketer, etc.)
