Marketing Operations Manager

London -Hybride

What you’ll do:

  • Create, execute, and optimize marketing automation programs and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Manage Earnix’s demand generation activities, including lead management and handoff for a “no lead left behind” mindset
  • Uncover opportunities to optimize conversion points across the marketing and sales funnel
  • Own and oversee database management – segmentation, list acquisition/import, data cleansing, web form capture, lead management, etc.
  • Manage Earnix’s marketing automation platform
  • Oversee process and technical integration of the marketing automation platform with and other tools as relevant

You’ll do it using:

  • Strong background with Eloqua and/or demonstrated fluency with another leading marketing automation platform
  • Strong background in
  • Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insight
  • Strong technical and analytical skills HTML and CSS coding experience (helpful, but not required)
