ID.me is seeking a Marketing Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team supporting Marketing Operations in transforming data using visualization tools. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Analytics Manager to build real-time dashboards that serve multiple audiences within the Marketing Team. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous growth of ID.me by delivering data-driven actionable insights to the Marketing and Sales teams at critical moments.
Our ideal Marketing Analyst must be a data-driven, SQL rockstar with experience building dashboards in Tableau. You will transform data into custom presentations for internal and external audiences, reporting and tracking program performance and recommending best practices. Success in this role requires the ability to deliver data-driven insights to multiple audiences through dashboards and presentations that will serve the continuous growth of the business.
Build, measure, and report on B2B and B2C marketing program performance and contribution to the business
Develop benchmarks and leverage historical data to deliver predictive analytics (forecast) to marketing performance and contribution
Create and update centralized Tableau dashboards
Deliver campaign results and insights to marketing and sales through reports and custom partner presentations
Build and maintain lead/contact scoring and channel attribution models
Perform data mining and analysis to produce findings that drive data-driven content and campaigns
Assist Marketing Managers in developing testing strategies and guiding A/B tests for all marketing collateral such as emails, landing pages, etc.
At least 3 years of experience as a marketing analyst at a SaaS company or at a comparable high-growth, high-velocity team
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics or related field
Experience in delivering insights in a marketing environment is required
SQL rockstar, experience using it to run custom reports from large data warehouses
Ability to easily build reports and dashboards in Tableau
Experience with data, analytics, and marketing platforms such as Marketo, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Salesforce or comparable platforms
Understanding of marketing metrics, sales pipeline, and the contribution and/or influence of marketing performance to the business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present data in a digestible manner to stakeholders of diverse backgrounds
Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team
Superb time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks from multiple teams and meet deadlines with little supervision
