ID.me is seeking a B2B Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team to drive efficient and accurate campaign execution in our marketing automation platform, Marketo. The Marketing Operations Specialist will monitor program timing, metrics and continuously provide recommendations to drive highly targeted marketing assets to the appropriate audiences. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and able to roll-up their sleeves to work hands-on in Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC) from day one. They will support the Senior Marketing Operations Manager in leading the strategy to optimize campaign performance, including increasing open and click rates, improving personalization, and more.
Execute marketing campaigns including list segmentation, asset creation, testing and QA, execution, reporting, and optimization
Ensure email and nurture programs are properly constructed and adhere to industry best practices, deliverability, personalization, mobile rendering, etc.
Collaborate with the Marketing Analyst to report on results and provide insights and data-driven recommendations to the marketing organization
Utilize Marketo to devise new strategies that improve overall channel performance including optimization, A/B testing, and developing batch, automated, and triggered campaigns
Establish content and attribution tracking mechanisms using UTMs and other methods
Enhance, optimize, and document our marketing automation processes to effectively scale execution, reporting, and testing practices
Maintain the database including data syncs and imports
Monitor data quality and assist in filling-in gaps of data to ensure a healthy database that adheres to compliance standards
2+ years of experience with Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert is a plus)
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud (SFDC) is highly preferred
Familiarity with HTML/CSS; ability to edit existing code is a plus
Proficiency in B2B marketing automation and operations best practices
Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Excel) and analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
Comfortable in a fast-paced culture, deliver results in tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communicator
