- Be the platform expert – take recommended strategy and decide best approach for paid marketing campaign builds (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) – and then build them like the ninja you are
- Understand the importance of ad group/set segmentation
- Optimize paid campaigns based on performance
- Analyze SEMrush site audits and Implement technical SEO optimizations
- Provide recommendations on strategy based on platform and reporting insights
- Define and manage the technical key performance indicators (KPI’s) for Client Delivery
- Minimum of 3 years in relevant marketing operations roles with high-growth companies
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO
- Proven ability to work with internal teams & collaborate on projects
- You have the following tattoo’d on your arm: Google Ads, SEO, retargeting, WordPress, HubSpot
- Can talk strategy with executives AND then implement that solution
- You nerd out on keyword research and ICP list building
- You love building effective marketing funnels that are designed to convert
