About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced marketing operations specialist who will help us scale our ABM programs, maintain a clean CRM infrastructure, enforce database hygiene, and assist with detailed pipeline reporting.

We are seeking a focused and passionate self-starter who can enhance a skilled team and balance agility with attention to detail. We are looking for a detail-oriented, talented professional to be a part of the growing Business Operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage technical aspects of our marketing automation system Hubspot, as well as lead capture, scoring, routing, and enrichment capabilities using 3rd party tools like ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LeanData, etc.
  • Create and support dashboards and reporting for marketing initiatives (ABM) 
  • Build, test, launch and optimize landing pages and email campaigns including lead nurture flows, data management, and A/B testing
  • Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in our marketing and sales funnel
  • Work with partners throughout marketing to execute campaigns, including lists, segmentations, and post-campaign follow up 
  • Work closely with Demand Generation and Sales Ops, as well as the SDR team to continuously improve the quality of our infrastructure and our lead and pipeline handoff processes

    Desired Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of marketing operations experience 
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and its integrations with other MarTech and SalesTech stacks
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Clear understanding of marketing funnels and sales lifecycle
